Your order will be sent to the address you provided when ordering. The address of residence should be used and not the address of the place of work, in order to reduce the chance that the shipment will be lost after delivery or will be subject to unnecessary customs and additional taxes. If you still choose to use a public address or a workplace address, the site will not be responsible if the shipment is lost after delivery.
Orders placed by users of the site between Sunday and Thursday until 16:00 will be processed during the next business day. Orders placed after 4 pm, or during weekends and holidays, will be processed on the business day following the next business day. Orders are not sent and are usually not delivered, during weekends and holidays. In exceptional cases, there may be delays in treatment times. In such cases, we will notify you of the delay immediately upon its formation.
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed when entering the shipping address. Estimated delivery time is from the delivery date of the order:
Delivery by mail with a tracking number – between one week and 5 weeks. Estimation of delivery times may change if your order is delayed by customs authorities for review.
Delivery Confirmation and Shipment Tracking
After sending the order, you will receive a confirmation by email that includes a tracking number. The tracking number will be active within up to 24 hours of sending the order.
Customs and/or VAT Payments

The site will not be responsible for customs or VAT payments levied on Orders placed by the authorities when the shipment is delivered or enters the destination country .
Deliveries That Were Lost or Did Not Reach Their Destination
If your order was lost while it was in the possession of the shipping company, we will send you a replacement product, after receiving confirmation from the shipping company that the product has indeed been lost.
Shipments or Products Damaged During Shipment
In the event of damage to your order during shipping, please contact us by email, including:
- Pictures of the packaging in which the product arrived and the delivery note.
- Pictures of the item being damaged and any damage clearly.
- If any of the contents of the product has been leaked inside the package, the inside of the package should be photographed.
- Description of the nature of the damage, and any other relevant detail.
After verifying the above information with the shipping company and the third parties who shipped the defective product, the site will offer the customer one of the following options: replacement product, credit or refund.
From the moment you receive the order, you can return it to us within 30 days and receive the full amount you paid (not including the shipping cost). If any product is opened or used, we will not be able to get it back. In order to return any product, please contact us and I will provide you with an address for shipping the product. A refund will only be made after receiving the product back in new condition.
The warranty for the products is given by the manufacturers and not directly by us. Please note the expiration date on the product packaging to see the shelf life of the product.
