1.4.2 delivery policy
Thank you for shopping at CanaBD. We have detailed below the terms and conditions that constitute our delivery policy with an aim to make it as clear as possible for our customers.

We’re obliged to deliver to the address on an item, and not the name. We strongly recommend using a private address to ensure you receive your parcel and prevent your parcel being lost. If you use a public/business location as the delivery address, CanaBD is not liable if the parcel is lost or stolen after delivery if a signature is present on the tracking.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed the same day if ordered before 1pm UK time, Monday to Friday. Orders are not shipped and are usually not delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Delivery rates & delivery estimates within EU
Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates apply to orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri.

All products on our website are legal in the United Kingdom & European Union.
We cannot provide any information on the legal status of a product in any other country. You accept the responsibility to inform yourself about your local laws, import and custom regulations before ordering. Please certify that the import of the product to your country is legal. By placing an order at canabd.com you accept all responsibilities regarding the legality of the products that will be shipped to you.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
CanaBD is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after Delivery are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Hempura is not liable for any products damaged or lost during delivery. But if you received your order damaged, please contact us to discuss a replacement.
